Bioreparation is a revolutionary and effective injection method in the fight for skin and hair rejuvenation, aimed at activating the natural regeneration mechanisms. This method provides fast, noticeable, and lasting cellular recovery, as well as slows down the appearance of aging signs.
All these methods differ in the substances used, their composition, and the problems they address.
Bioreparation targets the problem at the cellular level. As a result, the cell becomes healthy and produces collagen and elastin in the required amounts. The main component of bioreparation preparations is polynucleotides, which integrate into DNA and repair cellular malfunctions.
Biorevitalization is aimed at restoring moisture lost in the skin (dryness occurs due to cellular dysfunction and impaired production of hyaluronic acid). The procedure effectively hydrates dry skin but does not eliminate the root causes of dryness. Biorevitalization preparations contain only one component – hyaluronic acid, which replenishes the skin’s water reserves.
Mesotherapy involves injecting a cocktail of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and hyaluronic acid into the skin. Its goal is to support the skin by delivering these beneficial substances. Mesotherapy stimulates collagen production, smooths wrinkles, evens out skin tone, and reduces pigmentation and post-acne spots. However, its effect relies on the skin’s internal resources. Therefore, it is recommended for patients aged 25–30, as they achieve the best results. For older patients, mesotherapy is less effective, making bioreparation a more suitable option.
Plasmolifting or platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy involves injecting the patient’s own plasma containing platelets. These platelets carry growth factors that stimulate collagen production and protect the skin from environmental damage. Plasmotherapy is effective for smoothing fine wrinkles, evening skin tone (treating pigmentation), and treating acne and scars. It is especially suitable for people with oily or combination skin. This method is effective not only for facial rejuvenation but also for hair loss treatment, as growth factors activate cell function for rapid and maximal regeneration. However, plasmolifting does not address the underlying causes of the problem.
For faster and longer-lasting results, a cosmetologist may recommend combining procedures. For example, to treat dry skin and fine wrinkles, bioreparation can be combined with biorevitalization (the first eliminates the root cause of dryness, the second provides quick hydration and wrinkle smoothing). For hair loss treatment, plasmotherapy and bioreparation can be combined, where plasmotherapy stimulates rapid hair growth, and bioreparation eliminates the cause of hair loss.
What are bioreparants made of? Which product is used for bioreparation at ANACOSMA Clinic?
A bioreparant is a substance injected during bioreparation. The main component of the product is polynucleotides. True reparants are considered to be products made solely from purified polynucleotides, as these are more effective. On the market, there are various products of this type, but not all are certified and purified. At ANACOSMA Clinic, a certified organic product called Rejuran is used. Its active ingredient, PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide), is optimized by the manufacturer to restore skin cells and stimulate the synthesis of natural collagen, improving skin elasticity.
Thanks to its structure, it has a prolonged effect, increases and maintains tissue volume, and rejuvenates the dermis.
Rejuran has several formulations designed for different purposes:
Rejuran I – specifically developed for the delicate skin under the eyes. Improves elasticity, evens skin tone and texture around the eyes.
Rejuran S – helps treat scars and post-acne marks.
Rejuran Healer – activates the skin’s self-repair, improving overall firmness and elasticity, making the skin look healthy and youthful.
Rejuran HB plus Hydro Booster – a new product that combines Rejuran Healer with hyaluronic acid (for hydration) and lidocaine (for pain relief). Restores the skin’s regenerative ability, leaving it moisturized and radiant from within.
Effectiveness of bioreparation: how does it work?
Polynucleotides integrate into the cell’s DNA and repair malfunctions, making the cell healthy. This stimulates the growth of healthy cells and collagen fiber production. A special peptide gathers these fibers and promotes healing. As a result, skin tone, turgor, and elasticity are improved.
