Radiesse Volumizing

Radiesse Injection Procedure. The procedure is named for its lifting effect and the restoration of lost volume. A cosmetologist or plastic surgeon injects the product using a cannula in a fan-like technique, delivering the product through a single entry point to all required areas. Radiesse is composed of a gel carrier and calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA). All components are natural substances. Calcium stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis in the deeper layers of the skin.

Radiesse is a versatile product used to correct visible veins on the hands, rejuvenate sagging facial skin and soft tissue ptosis, and smooth deep nasolabial folds and the cheek area. Calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) delivers both a rejuvenating and lifting effect.

This German product has been used in Europe since 2003. Over the years, millions of women and men have benefited from it. In Ukraine, it is the only officially registered and approved filler based on calcium hydroxylapatite.

The product is recommended for correcting age-related changes in patients aged 30 to 55.
Radiesse is used to correct:

• The temporal area: With age, soft tissues sag. Filler injections fill the hollows and stimulate collagen production.

• The nasolabial triangle: Deep folds are instantly smoothed by the gel carrier, while collagen synthesis ensures a lasting result for 18–24 months [1].

• The cheekbones, making them more defined and pronounced.

• Altera hardware lifting (USA): The device’s applicator delivers ultrasound energy to the SMAS layer, lifting muscles and skin without surgery and preventing gravitational ptosis. Meanwhile, Radiesse effectively restores lost volume. Both procedures stimulate collagen production, improving skin firmness, tone, and reducing fine wrinkles. Additionally, Radiesse combined with ultrasound therapy works well for treating atrophic scars [3].

• Botulinum toxin injections: Full facial rejuvenation through contouring is entirely possible.
