The ICAMPS 2024 Congress has become the most significant event in the field of reconstructive and plastic surgery, bringing together leading specialists and the best global practices. The large-scale event brought together over 400 participants, 55 speakers from 12 countries, who presented 57 topical reports. Special attention was paid to live surgery, which lasted for two days.
The congress was organized by the ANACOSMA clinic, headed by leading surgeon and co-founder of the clinic, Pavel Denischuk.
We are sincerely grateful to each participant, speaker and partner – together we not only exchanged experience and improved professional skills, but also implemented an important mission of helping our soldiers. Thanks to ICAMPS 2024, we managed to collect 600,000 UAH from the congress’s profits for medical needs for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A charity auction was also held as part of the event, which allowed us to collect an additional 726,000 UAH to support our defenders.
Thanks to these funds:
- UAH 200,000 was transferred to the Kharkiv Military Hospital to purchase necessary medicines;
- UAH 200,000 was allocated for the purchase of M113 armored personnel carriers for the Third Assault Brigade;
- UAH 200,000 was transferred to the “Angels” patronage service for the rehabilitation of wounded soldiers;
- UAH 726,000 was raised at a charity auction for the purchase of electronic warfare systems, tire sets, and drones.
Together we were able to not only gain new knowledge, but also help our military! Thank you to everyone who joined the congress and made it possible.
